Minecraft Reborn

Minecraft Reborn is a free, standalone launcher for every version of Minecraft. No account, no sign-up and no store needed: install it, type any username and you are in a world in a couple of minutes.

It installs any Minecraft version you pick and downloads the matching Java for it automatically — from the oldest Alpha and Beta builds to the newest release and snapshots. Every version runs side by side, so you can jump between a 1.8.8 PvP world and the latest update whenever you like.

One click inside the launcher also sets up the popular mod loaders: Forge, Fabric, Quilt and OptiFine. Build a modded world, throw in shaders, or just play vanilla — grab Minecraft Reborn here and start playing.

Already using an older copy? The launcher checks for new versions on every start and updates itself in place, keeping your worlds, saves and settings. See the Help section for details.

Minecraft Reborn is our own project and is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

How to play: install MinecraftReborn_Setup.exe, open Minecraft Reborn Launcher, type any username (3-16 letters, numbers or _), choose a version and press Login. No account or sign-up needed.

Requirements: Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 (64-bit) with an internet connection. Java is downloaded automatically for every version.

Updates: the launcher checks for a new version every time it starts and updates itself automatically - no download, no clicking. It closes, installs the new version in the same folder and opens again a few seconds later, keeping your worlds, saves and settings. (The portable copy, run from outside the normal install folder, asks first and opens the download page instead.)

Uninstall: the launcher keeps all its files in one folder (by default %LOCALAPPDATA%\Minecraft Reborn). Use the uninstaller in that folder (unins000.exe), or go to Settings > Apps > Installed apps and remove "Minecraft Reborn". The uninstaller asks once before deleting the folder, and removes your worlds, saves and settings with it.
